Hi, my name is Brianna Dell and I live in Mt. Pleasant MI, but I spent some of my childhood in Kenya. I feel like that experience opened my eyes to the beauty that is constantly surrounding us and I want to dig into the fascinating details.
I love being creative and always have, but it wasn’t until I had my first job as a cashier that I realized just how much I loved it. My boss saw my doodles and gave me the opportunity to paint on the store windows. I fell in love with doing it, and I quickly realized I wanted to pursue a career path that could give me that same feeling. Since then, I’ve had many great design opportunities such as working for the City of Mt. Pleasant and having multiple intern positions. These experiences taught me how to work within a brand, while also revealing my passion for illustration.
I strive for my designs to transmit creativity and happiness to others because the world is sometimes dark and I want to radiate some light.
Favorite Typeface: Tablet Gothic Bold and Light
Favorite Software:Illustrator: It's my favorite because it gives me the freedom to create whatever I want. Illustration is my favorite thing to create so Illustrator really gives me what I need in order to create something that I'll love.
After Graduation Plans: I really want to be working in a job that gives me a chance to keep learning, but also gives me a chance to work within a brand and identity. I want to live near Mt Pleasant because I'm getting married in july.
